Yesterday, Apple had a press conference, and one of the highlights of the conference was the addition of OS X Maverick upgrade to the Mac OS library. OS X Maverick is the newest update available, and best of all is that this upgrade is available for free for all Macs compatible ranging all the way to 2007.

Will this be a trend for future updates? I believe this is the right direction to go, and it is good to see Apple follow how it is done similarly in the mobile smartphone market with the free updates.

To download, simply go to the App Store, and download OS X Maverick.
