Earlier today, Respawn announced that the Season Pass for Titanfall would cost $24.99. Check out more on their site.
Earlier yesterday, Respawn’s Vince Zampella confirmed that there is paid DLC in the works for the upcoming Titanfall, as well as free updates that they plan to push out.
In a podcast with Gamespot, via MP1st, Zampella explained “We plan to do DLC to support the game,” he explained. “We’re going to do paid DLC. We’re also going to do free updates. We’re going to add in – there’s things that we want in the game that we didn’t get to ship in the final game, so we’ll add private matches and things like that for free. We’re going to do a season pass just because if you buy it up front, you get a deal. We’re not doing micro-transactions. So, you know, a season pass is just, buy it up front and get a better price.”
Zampella also gives us some information on why the Xbox 360 version of the game is due a week later, with that version being just a few steps behind: “We just started our day one patch, so they now have to take that and integrate it into their game,” said Zampella. “So, they’re naturally lagging behind us. The goal is to get it as close as possible. Obviously it won’t be exact. It’s on a less powerful system.”

Titanfall releases on March 11 for the Xbox One and PC, and March 25 for the Xbox 360 in the US.
