If an unverified leak reported to Destructoid turns out to be true, then it looks like we can expect to see the next Call of Duty, titled Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, on November 4.
In the leaked trailer (which you can view on their site), we get a very different Call of Duty then we’re used to seeing. In the trailer, it is confirmed that Kevin Spacey will be in it, as he is delivering a monologue about democracy while sequences of the game play throughout.
What we see in the trailer is indicative of the title, as there seems to be a lot of futuristic tech shown off in the trailer, including hoverbikes, jump enhancing boots, and stealth copters, just to name a few.
Also reported in the leak was a very small summary of what we can expect in the story; a group of soldiers, run by Spacey’s character, turns on the United States government. We don’t know much else, but it is likely that Sledgehammer Games will comment on this in some way.
UPDATE: Looks like either Sledgehammer or Activision were resigned to the fact that it was online, as the official Call of Duty Youtube account has just put up the trailer online. You can watch it below.
